Used EG&G Geometrics G-856 magnetometer. The unit is heavily used and has scratches, marks and cosmetic wear. The cable was repaired. Refer to photos. The power system appears to have been modified for use with an external 24 V supply. The unit powers on and produced a magnetic-field reading of approximately 48,101 nT, indicating that it is functional to some extent. Measurement accuracy, calibration, memory and all other functions have not been fully tested. Sold as pictured. Calibration status unknown.
