Has scratches and dirt. Has broken plastic. Refer to photos. Drip tray has broken plastic piece which holds the magnet that notifies the machine that the tray is installed. Middle beans container / holder has broken clips (can be seen when container is removed). Cracked plastic on the coffee dispensing head. Makes coffee, espresso, tries making cacao, but the powder has turned into a solid block, can't check properly. Water heats properly.
