We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at info@buy2sell.dk. Please note that returns have different return addresses depending on where you are shipping from, there you'll need to contact us prior shipping your item bacj.
If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Payment:
We can accept payments in most major currencies but prefer payments to be made in Euro (EUR) or Danish crowns (DKK). Payments made in other currencies may be subject to additional charges.
Bank/Wire Transfer
To pay for your purchase using Bank/Wire Transfer simply instruct your bank to send the full amount as shown on our Invoice. Please ensure you send your Invoice number with your payment.
Paypal:
To pay by PayPal, please make payment to the following email address: paypal@buy2sell.dk.
Order confirmation:
You will receive an order confirmation by e-mail shortly after placing your order.
On rare occasions an item can be out of stock. Then you will be informed by e-mail.
Return:
Should any product supplied by Buy2Sell fail within 12 months we will replace your item with an equivalent part. If no equivalent part can be found, then we will refund the amount you originally paid including any carriage charges.
Complaints:

Item availability:
Although we aim that the website is accurate in all respects, we can not guarantee that all products are available.
In case of lack of storage or misleading information that affects your order, we will contact you shortly via e-mail and give you the opportunity to revise or cancel your order.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exchanges
Please contact our customer service immediately on info@buy2sell.dk. We are more than happy to assist you with a return label and a new item shipped as fast as possible.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at info@buy2sell.dk.
Force majeure:
Buy2Sell shall not be liable for non-performance or delayed performance of one or more deliveries caused by force majeure including but not limited to war, civil disturbances, government interventions/interventions by public authorities, strikes, lockout, export or import embargoes, fire, theft and natural disasters. Further, Buy2Sell shall not be liable for any non-performance or delay caused by non-deliveries from suppliers, crop failures, pandemic or general outbreak of contagious infections like Covid19 or any other reason beyond Buy2Sell’s control.
